1 cup rice
3 cups milk
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
pinch of salt
chopped walnuts – for sprinkling
Rice rinse under cold water and put into a pot. Pour 1 cup of milk and boil on low heat, mix now and then. When the milk has evaporated add another glass. Boil until rice is tender. At the end, add a pinch of salt, honey and cinnamon. Mix everything and let it stand off the heat.
When rice is ready put it into a bowl and decorate with chopped/sliced, fresh pears and sprinkle with nuts.
