250 g all purpose flour
2 tsp cocoa
1 stp baking powder
3/4 cup natural yoghurt
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
chocolate cream
200 g butter in room temperature
150 g dark chocolate
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp cocoa
Instruction
Mix the flour with cocoa, sugar and baking powder. In a separate bowl mix eggs with yoghurt and to the end add oil. Add dry ingredients and stir with a spoon.
Divide batter among paper-lined muffin cups. Preheat oven to 180 C degrees and bake for 20- 25 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cupcake comes out clean. Remove from the oven and let cool.
Chocolate cream – chocolate pieces put into a small pot. Heat over low heat and stirring constantly, until the chocolate is melted. Set aside from the oven. In the mixing bowl beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add cocoa and beat until combined. At the end add the melted chocolate and mix for cream.
Put chocolate cream on the muffins and add on the tops chocolate pieces.
Beautiful moody pictures. The recipe sounds great too, well done!
Gorgeous! And, delicious too, I’d bet!
I like that you call these muffins and not cupcakes, because that makes it okay to eat them for breakfast! Lovely photos and recipe.
